Thomas McKnight

Born in Kansas in 1941, McKnight worked for Time Magazine as an illustrator before branching out on his own, travelling to spend summers in Europe, and particularly on the Greek island of Mykonos, which provides one of his favourite subjects. He achieved recognition in the 1980s, particularly with silkscreen prints.

Note: In some cases titles are my back-translations of the Japanese titles, and the original artist's title may be completely different. For example, in the Japanese catalog Riverside Drive is titled "Yellow couch" (transliterated).
